This study seeks to examine whether a new reality in which many home growers scattered throughout the city, can produce a significant and sustainable alternative to how we consume fresh food, and how such a decentralized system can be managed.

This project proposes a new model, in which a significant part of fresh food production takes place in the city, by the city dwellers. The model offers digital and physical tools that will allow such a new system.
The newly developed model is presented as an entrepreneurial-business-innovative model that seeks to maintain a decentralized system: a system that will strive to bring food producers and consumers closer together, allow for "democratization" of food production in the city, emphasizing the right for available, fresh and quality food and strengthen the small producers.
